By accessing this website, placing an order, submitting a quote request, uploading project files, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, Custom Order Terms, Artwork & Intellectual Property Policy, and any other policies posted on this website.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use this website or purchase from Albie’s Art.

1. About Albie's Art

Albie’s Art is a veteran-owned creative studio offering custom challenge coins, collectible coins, creative art pieces, cosplay-related items, props, display pieces, and related products or services.

Products and services may include, but are not limited to:

  • Custom challenge coins

  • Ready-made collectible coins

  • Limited edition coins

  • Military, veteran, first responder, law enforcement, corporate, club, event, memorial, tribute, gift, and presentation coins

  • Coin design assistance

  • Product mockups and proofs

  • Collectible packaging options

  • Cosplay props and creative collectibles

  • Digital design or concept support

  • Display pieces, cases, or related accessories

Some products are ready-made. Others are custom-made, made-to-order, limited-run, personalized, or produced based on customer-submitted ideas, artwork, reference materials, or approvals.

2. Eligibility to Use This Website

By using this website, you confirm that:

  • You have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.

Product images may vary from the final product due to lighting, monitor settings, photography, manufacturing tolerances, material variation, finish variation, color differences, production methods, or display settings.

We reserve the right to:

  • Limit quantities

  • Substitute unavailable options with customer approval when applicable

  • Remove listings at any time

If a product is listed incorrectly due to typographical, pricing, technical, or inventory error, we may cancel or correct the order and notify you.

5. Prices & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices may not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs duties, import fees, optional packaging, design fees, rush fees, revision fees, or other charges unless specifically stated.

You agree to pay all charges associated with your order, including applicable taxes, shipping, handling, and approved custom service charges.

Payment may be processed through Wix-supported payment providers or other third-party payment processors. Albie’s Art does not intentionally store full credit card numbers on its own systems.

We reserve the right to require full payment, partial payment, deposit, milestone payment, or other payment arrangement before beginning custom work, ordering materials, creating proofs, or starting production.

6. Taxes

Customers are responsible for applicable sales tax, use tax, import duties, customs fees, VAT, brokerage fees, or other government-imposed charges.

If tax is calculated at checkout, the amount may depend on the shipping destination, product type, tax rules, and payment platform settings.

For international orders, the customer is responsible for any customs, import, VAT, duties, or other destination-country charges unless otherwise stated in writing.

7. Ready-Made Product Orders

Ready-made products are products that are already designed, listed, or available for purchase without custom design work.

Ready-made product orders are subject to availability. Adding an item to a cart does not reserve the product.

We may cancel a ready-made order if:

  • The item is unavailable

  • The listing contains an error

  • Payment fails or is reversed

  • Fraud is suspected

  • Shipping information is incomplete or invalid

  • The order violates these Terms

  • We are unable to fulfill the order for a reasonable business reason

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will issue an appropriate refund according to the payment method and applicable policy.

8. Custom Orders & Quote Requests

Custom orders may include custom challenge coins, custom artwork, personalized designs, made-to-order products, design services, mockups, prototypes, displays, props, or other custom creative work.

Submitting a quote request does not create a contract, guarantee acceptance, guarantee production, or guarantee a final price.

A custom order may require:

  • Project details

  • Customer contact information

  • Quantity

  • Deadline

  • Budget range

  • Artwork, logo, patch, badge, sketch, reference image, or design idea

  • Design approval

  • Written proof approval

  • Payment or deposit

  • Production timeline confirmation

We reserve the right to accept, decline, pause, or cancel any custom project at our discretion.

We may decline custom projects involving:

  • Materials you do not have permission to use

  • Copyrighted or trademarked material without authorization

  • Protected logos, seals, badges, insignia, characters, artwork, or marks without permission

  • Hateful, violent, discriminatory, sexually explicit, abusive, deceptive, or unlawful content

  • Designs that create legal, reputational, production, safety, or business concerns

  • Projects outside our capabilities, schedule, or production requirements

9. Custom Design Proofs & Approval

For custom projects, we may provide sketches, concepts, mockups, proofs, digital previews, production proofs, or design layouts.

You are responsible for carefully reviewing all proofs before approval.

Your review should include, but is not limited to:

  • Spelling

  • Names

  • Dates

  • Unit names

  • Organization names

  • Logos

  • Badges

  • Artwork

  • Colors

  • Layout

  • Quantity

  • Size

  • Finish

  • Material

  • Packaging

  • Front and back design details

  • Any special instructions

Once you approve a proof, you authorize us to proceed based on that approved version.

After approval, changes may not be possible. If changes are possible, they may result in additional design fees, production fees, revision fees, delays, or order changes.

Albie’s Art is not responsible for customer-approved errors, including spelling mistakes, incorrect dates, incorrect names, wrong logos, layout issues, or design details that were present in the approved proof.

10. Revisions

Custom quotes may include a stated number of design concepts or revisions. If no number is stated, revisions are provided at our discretion.

Additional revisions may require extra fees.

Revision requests must be clear, reasonable, and related to the original project scope. Major changes to the project direction, theme, artwork, quantity, finish, size, or layout may require a new quote.

11. Production Timelines

Production timelines vary depending on product type, complexity, quantity, artwork readiness, proof approval, manufacturing schedule, material availability, packaging, shipping carrier performance, and other factors.

Estimated timelines are not guaranteed unless specifically stated in writing.

Custom orders do not begin until all required information, payment, artwork, and approvals have been received.

Delays may occur due to:

  • Late customer responses

  • Artwork changes

  • Proof revisions

  • Manufacturing delays

  • Material availability

  • Weather

  • Carrier delays

  • Customs delays

  • Payment issues

  • Force majeure events

  • Other circumstances beyond our control

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant delays.

12. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping terms are governed by our Shipping Policy and any shipping details provided at checkout or in a written quote.

Shipping costs, delivery times, handling times, carriers, and available shipping methods may vary.

You are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for delays, returns, or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Risk of loss may pass to the customer when the package is transferred to the shipping carrier, except where prohibited by law.

If a package is lost, delayed, damaged, or marked delivered but not received, we may assist with carrier claims where possible, but final resolution may depend on the carrier’s policies.

13. Online Order Shipping Representations

Shipping terms are governed by our Shipping Policy and any shipping details provided at checkout or in a written quote.

  • Ready-made items may be eligible for return or exchange only if allowed under the posted Returns & Refunds Policy.

  • Custom, personalized, made-to-order, approved proof, limited-run, or special-order items may be non-returnable and non-refundable once design work, approval, production, or fulfillment has begun.

  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within the timeframe stated in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

  • Customers may be required to provide photos, packaging images, and order details for damage or defect claims.

  • Refunds, if approved, will usually be issued to the original payment method.

We reserve the right to deny refund or replacement requests when the issue results from customer error, approved proof errors, improper handling, misuse, normal variation, unauthorized alteration, or failure to follow the policy.

15. Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, contact us promptly at albiesart@gmail.com.

Please include:

  • Order number

  • Name

  • Photos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Description of the issue

  • Delivery date

Do not discard packaging until the claim is reviewed, as it may be needed for carrier or insurance claims.

We may offer a replacement, repair, partial refund, full refund, store credit, or other resolution depending on the situation and applicable policy.

16. Customer-Submitted Artwork, Logos & References

When you submit artwork, logos, sketches, badges, seals, patches, photos, reference images, names, slogans, text, or other materials, you represent and warrant that:

  • You own the materials, or

  • You have permission to use them, and

  • Your submission does not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights of any third party.

You grant Albie’s Art permission to use submitted materials as needed to review, quote, design, produce, manufacture, display, ship, and complete your project.

You agree to indemnify and hold Albie’s Art harmless from claims, damages, costs, expenses, or disputes arising from materials you provide or request us to use.

17. Intellectual Property Owned by Albie's Art

All website content, product images, photography, graphics, mockups, design concepts, text, logos, layouts, product descriptions, original artwork, renders, digital previews, and other materials created by or for Albie’s Art are owned by Albie’s Art or its licensors unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, display, use, or create derivative works from Albie’s Art content without written permission.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of Albie’s Art intellectual property, design files, source files, production files, photography, listing content, website content, or original creative assets unless specifically agreed in writing.

18. Ownership of Custom Designs & Productions Files

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Albie’s Art retains ownership of design files, source files, mockups, production files, artwork layouts, renders, templates, and creative process files created by Albie’s Art.

  • The customer receives the finished physical product or approved deliverable described in the order.

  • The customer does not automatically receive editable files, source files, vector files, 3D files, production files, molds, manufacturing files, or supplier files.

  • Albie’s Art may reuse general techniques, layout methods, design knowledge, workflows, and non-confidential creative approaches in future work.

If ownership transfer, exclusive rights, or source file delivery is required, it must be agreed in writing and may require additional fees.

19. Portfolio & Marketing Use

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Albie’s Art may photograph, display, share, or describe completed projects, product images, design previews, mockups, and finished pieces in its portfolio, website, social media, advertising, printed materials, videos, and promotional content.

If your project is confidential or should not be publicly shown, you must notify us in writing before work begins.

We may agree to confidentiality or delayed portfolio posting at our discretion.

20. Third-Party Rights, Trademarks, & Unofficial Designs

Some products, designs, descriptions, or custom requests may reference themes, organizations, fandoms, historical inspiration, military-style artwork, public service themes, pop culture inspiration, or customer-provided materials.

Unless specifically stated, Albie’s Art products are not officially affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, licensed by, or approved by any third-party company, organization, government agency, military branch, entertainment company, trademark owner, rights holder, or brand.

All third-party names, logos, trademarks, service marks, characters, insignia, badges, seals, and copyrighted materials remain the property of their respective owners.

Customers are responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions for custom requests involving protected third-party material.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any project that may involve unauthorized use of third-party intellectual property.

21. Certificates of Authenticity, Limited Editions, & Collectible Claims

Some products may include a Certificate of Authenticity, limited-run numbering, edition size, packaging, or display materials.

A Certificate of Authenticity confirms the product details stated by Albie’s Art for that item. It does not guarantee future resale value, investment value, market demand, appreciation, or collectible value.

Limited edition quantities refer to the stated production run or planned release quantity unless otherwise clarified.

We do not guarantee that any product will increase in value or retain value over time.

22. Product Variations

Handmade, custom, manufactured, finished, painted, plated, printed, cast, enamel-filled, or assembled products may have small variations.

These may include:

  • Minor color variation

  • Slight finish variation

  • Small surface marks

  • Small alignment differences

  • Minor texture differences

  • Plating variation

  • Enamel variation

  • Slight size or weight variation

  • Packaging variation

  • Differences between digital mockups and physical products

These normal variations are not necessarily defects.

23. Customer Reviews, Feedback, & Testimonials

If you submit reviews, testimonials, feedback, photos, comments, or messages, you grant Albie’s Art permission to use, display, quote, edit for length, and share that content for business, marketing, website, social media, and promotional purposes.

We will not intentionally publish your private contact information as part of a testimonial.

Reviews should be honest and based on real experiences.

We may remove or decline to display reviews that contain profanity, harassment, false claims, private information, spam, illegal content, or unrelated material.

24. Promotions, Discounts, & Coupons

Promotions, discounts, coupon codes, giveaways, or special offers may be subject to additional terms.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, cancel, or refuse promotions at any time.

Promotions may be limited by:

Store credit has no cash value unless required by law.

  • Design questions

  • Proof approvals

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails where applicable, but we may still send transactional or service-related communications.
