Hello! I’m Robert Michael Albertsen Jr., the creative mind behind Albie’s Art. With a passion for visual storytelling and design, my journey has led me through various creative and professional fields, blending technical skills with a dedication to craftsmanship and detail.

I honed my skills in Virtual Production at the Digital Animation and Visual Effects (DAVE) School, where I was fortunate to be part of a talented team of student VFX artists that earned a Silver Telly Award in 2024 for our work on "The Unending." This experience solidified my love for visual effects, CGI, and digital art, setting the stage for future creative projects.

In addition to visual effects, I’ve had the privilege of completing two book covers for published works on Amazon. Bringing authors’ visions to life through cover design has been a rewarding experience that showcases my versatility and creative approach to illustration and digital design.

Before entering the world of visual effects and design, I served proudly in the US Army’s 82nd Airborne Division. During my time in the military, I developed a deep commitment to professionalism and attention to detail, qualities that continue to guide my work today. One of my proudest achievements was earning my Expert Infantryman Badge on my first attempt, a testament to my dedication and discipline. Throughout my service, I received numerous awards and combat citations, experiences that have shaped both my personal and professional outlook.
